1st Kuala Lumpur Boys' Brigade NCO Council

Like many BB Companies in the world, the Non-Commissioned Officers (NCOs) help run the weekly programmes of the Company. These Boys are chosen to carry out various tasks such as being a squad leader or leading worship and like the Officers, they form their own NCO Council.
