During the afternoon, everyone came with an excited and enthusiastic look to the Youth Center. All of them were busy wearing and polishing their uniform and uniform parts before the event. Around half-past 1 in the afternoon, all the members have already fall in the Youth Center. Parents and guests began to come at half-past 2 in the afternoon. Unfortunately, heavy rain fell at that time, but that didn’t affect our actual program. The parents and guests were invited into the "Multi Purpose Hall" followed by the members.

The "Award’s Day" started at 3 o’clock. The program began with a singsperation session. Then, the exciting part, which is the awards presentation part had begun. Names were announced and the recipients marched out 1 by 1 with plenty of proudness and enthusiasm. Finally, they’ve got what they deserved as they had to put in so much effort throughout the whole year to achieve these badges.

Later, parents and guests were invited to have light refreshments at the canteen. At 4 o’clock, they were again gathered in the "Multi Purpose Hall". Now, comes the most exciting part of the day. Promotion time is here! When the names were announced, the newly promoted members marched out with more force and inspiration while the others clapped their hands to congratulate them.
